What rides would i enjoy at Disney World?
I am definitely tall enough to go on any ride. I do not get motion sick, but i can not go on huge drops. if the ride is dark i.e. space mountain, i can do that. we are visiting all the parks, except the water parks. i mostly want to know about expedition everest, primevil whirl, test track, and the mountains (big thunder mountain railroad, space, and splash). just the larger scarier rides. i most def don't need reassurance that i can go on dumbo the flying elephant. thanks .
Magic Kingdom-
Splash Mountain- There are 2 or 3 smaller drops inside. But obviously you will see on the outside the drop visible is 50 ft at a 45 degree angle. its exciting. Just hold on tight and smile for the picture. (:
Space Mountain-Is currently closed for reburmishment. But the ride is exhilarating. I believe there are three drops varying in size the last time I went on in April.
Big Thunder Mountain- Very fun if you let yourself enjoy it. I believe one small drop but overall the ride is just twist and sharp turns.
Pirates of The Caribbean-Follows the story of Pirates of the Caribbean. One drop in the dark in the beginning, but it is very small. No need to worry about it.
Haunted Mansion-It's an ongoing ride, as in it never stops. No drops or anything like that. I don't recommend it for little little kids, but if you enjoy a little scare with holographic ghosts go for it. (:
Epcot:
Spaceship Earth-It's located inside the ball. It's redone. Again, its one of those ongoing rides and goes pretty slow. Its pretty educational, but I say to go because its somewhat interactive with computers. (:
Test Track-Pretty sweet. Not any drops to worry about. Just going at a very fast speed is pretty much it. Just hold on tight and youll be sure to enjoy yourself.
Soarin-is an amazingg ride. It's as if your really on location what they show on the screen. The ride requires it to go pretty high up in the air, but just lean back, youll have a seat belt and believe me youll have the most amazingg experience.
Hollywood Studios:
Tower of Terror- I dont reccomend it for you since you do not like big drops because all the ride consists of is dropping up and down. You actually become weightless at the top for a few seconds.
Rockin Roller Coaster-It's a very fast ride from the beginning. There are many loops and twists just as any rollercoaster would have. It is an inside one and you wont really get to see it until your up closer in the line or even actually sitting in the seat for the ride.
Animal Kingdom:
Expedition Everest-Very fun ride!!! There is only one drop visible from the outside. Its not that bad. Just hold on tight and smile for the picture. (: In the beginning you will start to go up very high in the air and at one point you will be going backwards in the dark. But overall you cant miss an opportunity on riding this ride.
Primevil Whirl- If you enjoy spinning rides this is for you. There is 1 or 2 medium sized drops but its definitly enjoyable. i dont recomend riding it just after you eat. (:
Make sure you look at all the maps of the parks, because most of the other rides and shows are very good. Look into the shows especially in Hollywood Studios. If you're an american idol fan be sure to hit up the american idol experience in hollywood studios. Hope this helps and enjoy your visit there. (:
