Have you ever done anything with purple bell peppers?
My mom shops at the place of farmers and got some peppers that are quite purple. Also got some buffalo burger. Since I was a kid it came to making the food. Can anyone tell me a good and easy to do this? Do I to peel them first? Please help.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peppers, saute, stirring until slightly soft, about 3 minutes. Let cool. 2. Combine the remaining oil, lemon juice, parsley, cumin, honey and garlic in a large bottle. With the lid screwed tightly, shake the jar vigorously until oil and lemon juice combined and thickened. 3. Mix peppers and onions with half the vinaigrette in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 4 servings. ** You can make strictly with purple peppers
