As the figure does Gov. fig. COLA, which elements to use them for the CPI?
Do you have a friend who's been disabled from birth and its Food Stamp Allowance purchases as half what he was doing before 5years. Can not speak to elected officials, until I know where the problem lies. If there is an accident or simply more right wing stingyness. I would also like to know if the elements were used and modified the last 5 years
The Bureau of Labor Statistics for collecting and analyzing the CPI responsible. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a measure of the average change over time, the prices that consumers in the cities for a market basket of consumer goods and services are paid. The CPI represents all goods and services purchased for consumption by the reference population (urban or Wage Earners & Administration) BLS has classified all expenditure items into more than 200 categories, arranged into eight major groups. Major groups and examples in each of the Categories are as follows: * Food and beverages (cereal, milk, coffee, chicken, wine, service meals and snacks) * Housing (rent of primary Residence, which represents owners rent, fuel oil, bedroom furniture) * APPAREL (men's shirts and sweaters, women's dresses, jewelry) * Transportation (new vehicles, Air fares, gasoline, motor vehicle insurance) * MEDICAL CARE (prescription drugs and medical care, services of doctors, eyeglasses and eye care, hospital services) *) RECREATION (televisions, pets and pet supplies, sporting equipment, recordings, * EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION (college tuition, postage, telephone, computer -) software and accessories; * OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES (tobacco and tobacco products, haircuts and other personal services), funeral expenses. Are also included in these main groups the various government agencies to pay fees, such as water and sewerage charges, auto registration fees, tolls and vehicle. In addition, the CPI includes taxes (such as sales and Excise taxes) that are directly linked to the prices of certain goods and services. However, the CPI excludes taxes (such as income and Social Security Taxes) not directly related to the purchase of consumer goods and services. The CPI does not include investment items, such as stocks, bonds, real estate and life insurance. (This Points relate to savings and not from day to day consumption expenditures.)
