Can I sell a picture of a Mickey Mouse figure.?
I'm considering starting to sell some of my photos on stock photography sites. What I'm wondering what I can sell, and what I cannot with respect to trademarks and copyright. What if I have a Mickey Mouse figure, and take a picture of it, I can do it legally for sale for use on a website. If I found a picture of a computer monitor, I have to black out the Dell logo on the bottom. If I were a lamp or a clock, I like, I can photograph it and sell the picture, or is the holder of the copyright law have to be able to sue me. If someone could me some links on this area of copyright and trademark law, which would be too great.
